Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the premises at scheduled service times. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, staffing issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any changes.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Clients agree to disclose any known hazards, restricted areas, fragile items, or special handling instructions prior to service. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed or improperly secured prior to the start of service.
ZenMax Commercial Cleaning Services maintains general liability insurance for our operations. Our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Repeated late cancellations may result in additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
